Day 02 :
Visit to Serval Wildlife Sanctuary

Experience a unique blend of luxury, conservation, and close wildlife encounters at the Serval Wildlife Sanctuary. This eco-sanctuary offers the rare chance to interact with some of Africa’s most charismatic animals in a controlled, ethical environment. Activities include hand-feeding elands—the continent’s largest antelopes known for their gentle nature and spiraled horns—and walking alongside tame zebras as their iconic stripes shimmer under the sun. Meet giraffes up close and look into their expressive, velvet eyes. You will also have opportunities to interact with caracals and observe cheetahs (viewing only), as well as other wildlife ambassadors.

Participate in guided conservation talks focusing on biodiversity, wildlife rescue, and habitat restoration. The sanctuary is set amidst savanna shrubs, acacia woodlands, and volcanic soils that nourish the sweet grasses favored by local herbivores.

After lunch, continue your journey toward Karatu, a picturesque highland town known for its fertile hills and coffee plantations.

Day 03 :
Into the Serengeti – Africa’s Wildlife Kingdom

As you ascend the green volcanic slopes, you’ll pass through forests dense with fig trees, wild bananas, and towering cedar trees. Masai bomas dot the landscape, adding cultural richness to your journey. Crossing the Naabi Hill Gate, the scenery opens into the endless golden savanna of the Serengeti—a living, breathing cathedral of wildlife. Here, you will witness lions lounging on sun-warmed granite kopjes, elephants moving in their timeless rhythms, and topis and hartebeest sprinting across vast plains. Herds of zebra and wildebeest graze by the thousands, while secretary birds, Kori bustards, and raptors soar overhead. The short-grass plains are ideal for predators, and umbrella acacia trees and whistling thorns provide habitat for dozens of bird species.

Day 04 :
Full Day Game Drive in the Serengeti Plains

At dawn, golden rays reveal predators finishing their nighttime pursuits. Watch as cheetah mothers teach their cubs to stalk, hyenas patrol the plains with their distinctive laughter, and lion prides feed on early morning prey. Observe giant hippos emerging from rivers before retreating into muddy pools. The fertile soils, enriched by ancient volcanic ash from Ngorongoro, support tall elephant grasses and seasonal wildflowers that bloom after rains.

Search for elusive creatures such as serval cats slinking through the tall grass and leopards lounging in sausage tree branches. Migratory birds—including storks, eagles, and swallows—add to the vibrant ecosystem. In the evening, enjoy dinner under the stars, serenaded by distant lion roars, the calls of nightjars, and the gentle whisper of the Serengeti breeze.

Observe massive buffalo herds, giraffes feeding high in the acacia trees, crocodiles basking on riverbanks, and hippo pods bubbling in muddy pools. Marvel at the landscape’s rocky kopjes—famed for inspiring The Lion King—serpentine rivers, and yellow-barked acacia forests teeming with monkeys and birds. Day 07 :
Ngorongoro Crater – Into the World’s Largest Unbroken Caldera

Begin your day with an early descent from camp, dropping 600 meters into this wildlife paradise, often referred to as Eden on Earth. The crater’s dense concentration of animals is supported by permanent water sources. Spot critically endangered black rhinoceros, massive elephant bulls with impressive tusks, and lions in unusually high numbers. Flamingos paint the shallow lakes pink, while buffalo, warthogs, zebras, and wildebeest mingle across the plains. Hyenas dominate morning carcasses and hippos bathe in freshwater pools.

Explore unique habitats including Lerai Forest—home to monkeys, elephants, and leopards—Gorigor Swamp, a hippo sanctuary, Mandusi Plains for predator sightings, and Soda Lake, a flamingo breeding site. Enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, surrounded by the sounds of grunting and splashing hippos. Return to your lodge for a relaxing final night in the highlands.
